Delete Data

This page explains how to delete your data from the Smart – All In One Calculator app by InsuranceFunda.

Data stored on your device

Client and policy records you enter in the app are stored only on your own device. To delete them:

• Delete individual records inside the app (Client Management), or
• Use Client Management → menu → Delete all data, or
• Uninstall the app — this removes all locally stored data.

Google Drive backups

If you enabled the optional Drive backup, your backups are stored in your own Google Drive. To delete them, open Client Management → menu → Backup & restore → Delete cloud backups. You can also revoke the app’s Drive access at myaccount.google.com/connections. We cannot access or delete these backups ourselves — they exist only in your Google account.

Account and credit records

If you signed in with Google, we hold your name, email address, and premium report-credit records. To delete them, email admin@insurancefunda.in from the Google account you used, with the subject “Delete my account data”. We will delete these records within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted on request: your sign-in identity (name, email) and credit/purchase records held by us.
• Deleted by you directly: all locally stored client data and all Drive backups (steps above).
• Kept: anonymised analytics and crash statistics that are not linked to you, and purchase records Google Play retains under its own policies. No other data is retained.
