Bonus Rates

LIC has announced its Bonus Rates for 2025, introducing a new ₹5 lakh Sum Assured slab that increases bonuses across most with-profit policies. Jeevan Labh (Plan 736) now comes with three slabs, including a special tier for policies above ₹10 lakh, while Jeevan Umang (Plan 745) sees up to a ₹2 bonus increase. In an era of falling repo rates, this move ensures policyholders enjoy stronger, customer-friendly returns with both higher maturity benefits and GST relief on premiums.
